"Titi DJ tadi ke sini ambil akte cerai sama lawyer-nya, Damayanti," ujar panitera Drs H Baehaki di Pengadilan Agama Tigaraksa, saat dihubungi okezone melalui telepon genggamnya, Selasa (7/2/2012).

Baehaki mengatakan, akte cerai tersebut hanya pengesahan bahwa mereka resmi telah bercerai. Sebab pada saat tenggang putusan hakim, pihak tergugat (Ovy) tidak mengajukan banding.

"Ya itu tanda buat ngesahin saja," tandas Baehaki.

Perceraian Titi DJ dan Ovy banyak diwarnai spekulasi karena permasalahan ekonomi. Namun dengan tegas kuasa hukum Titi DJ, Fathoni membantahnya. Fathoni mengungkapkan, perceraian pasangan yang menikah tahun 2007 itu murni karena sudah tidak ada kecocokan.

"Saat dibawah (parkir), melalui teman saya Panji menyuruh saya naik ke atas lagi, katanya mau minta maaf. Loh kan yang salah dia mengapa saya yang harus mendatangi dia," kata Andhika kepada WowKeren.com di Plaza Senayan, Selasa (7/2).

Karena tak tahan rasa sakit yang menderanya, Andhika bergegas menuju rumah sakit Sahirman, Sudirman Jakarta dengan diantar temannya. Luka robek di pelipis kirinya mendapatkan 5 jahitan.

"Saat di rumah sakit melalui teman saya lagi Panji bilang mau datang ke rumah sakit untuk meminta maaf, namun saya tunggu-tunggu ternyata nggak datang. Saya kesal karena dah didzolimi maka saya laporkan kasus tersebut ke Polsek Mampang," lanjutnya.

Pada 5 Februari lalu pun pernah ada rencana mediasi, namun gagal dilakukan karena Panji tak datang. Bahkan beberapa kali dihubungi, ponselnya tidak aktif.

"Meski proses hukum sedang berjalan, dan para saksi sudah mulai diperiksa, namun kita tetap membuka jalan mediasi," tegas Sunan Kalijaga, kuasa hukum Andhika yang ditemui ditempat yang sama.

Menurutnya, Panji bisa terjerat pasal 351 KUHP tentang dugaan penganiayaan. "Kalau akhirnya harus menempuh jalur hukum, kita juga sudah siap," pungkasnya. (wk/sy)
